Morning all

The photo is of my mum in law, who is no longer in this world.  Would it be possible to improve the photo?

The smudges at top left are staining, and there are a couple of black spots to remove. Theres a diagonal smudge at LHS (as you look at her) on her face - this is a dirty mark that needs to be removed. The speckles on her forehead are freckles - these can stay!

My son has just bought a flat and would love to have this pic of his gran to display in the flat.
