Could it be a reprint of an older photo Carol?  Does anyone have an opinion on the style & era of the children's clothing and the type of flower in the lapels?

I'm afraid not...the clothing is much later...I would say 20s too

       Without reading anything I looked at the pic and thought 1950's

            Shows that I don't know what I'm talking about

            Anyway lovely  pic so I gave it a bit of colour in between waiting for my

            glue to dry on something I'm building
