John Dodd 1848-1905

Looking for information on John Dodd 1848-1905. More Specifically his Wife whose Maiden name initials may be F.M.H. His daughter is Ellen Anne Brown (Dodd) (1891-1954) married to Albert Thomas Brown in Farnham Surrey 3rd quarter of 1912. John's wife seems to be a ghost. The only possible I have come up with is a Sarah Baskeyfield which doesn't quite fit. His wife had 6 or 7 other children besides Ellen Anne who I believe is probably the oldest. I can't seem to find any other info on John Dodd's wife though. Any help would be appreciated

Where have you found the family?  Is Ellen on a census with her parents?  Or her birth reg to see what her mums maiden name was?  Where did the F M H come from?  Where was Ellen born? How do you know her father was John, and then his birth and death years?

Tell us what you have found, so we don't go over old ground.

Perhaps he didn't have a wife 

Have you found birth registrations for the children?  That should give the mothers maiden name.

Will have a look - would you know where Ellen Anne was born?

Using that info there is a Caroline Anne Dodd Dec 1894

Norah Agnes in Sep 1901 but that one in Farnham

but you say John died in 1905 so if these are the right children that should be the last one.

Where did you get her father as John (1848-1905) from, and her mum as F M H?
