Swedish Record Examinations from 1900

I'm new to Swedish records.  I have a record for Examinations from 1900 and in the column for children there are 2 abbreviations.  With the son is what looks like "n.o b." or "h o b".  He was born before his parents were married.  With the daughter is the word "gem".  She was born after the marriage.  Do you know what these abbreviations mean?   

Any help appreciated....Lynne

This is from the Swedish Examination Book 1900-1914 for Grangarde Kopparbergs Skattlosberg parish page 1024 with Par Axel (Aksel) Forsblom's family at the top.  thank you...Lynne

Hi

It is easier to make out when you see it:

h o ä = hennes oäkta = her illegitimate (child)
gem = gemensam = child together (of them both)
