Are you able to translate the text now?

The book here http://www.rootschat.com/links/01lkq/ has Carl C B Koch listed as no. 551 on page 66. It goes on to identify his parents, his maternal Nürnberg ancestry and his descendents!

You can get a free translator of all different languages on google. Copy and paste in the bit you don't understand and it will give you the English version.
