There is only one other listing, spelling Beetison, and that is a James 14 Yrs, a servant with another family.He may be from the above family.

The person I am looking for is Sarah Moreton (could be spelt Morton) born 1842 in Duffield, Derbyshire. Father's name Nathan Moreton. Occupation - possibly in service.

Ron, I have found the father from 1851 in 1861 for you.
Just going on Margaret's age, I'd suggest that Ann is more likely to be a grand-daughter.
Have you tried locating possible marriages for Jane, and seeing if she and Ann are listed under a married name?
