There's a Dorothy Turberville on the 1901 Census living in Barry with a Noah Thomas - ref RG13  4993
 151  42.

The age, 26, doesn't fit but birthplace is Morton, Glous.

intresting looking at her age on the census now if that was 21  and she living with a thomas  wonder if she married a relative of his ...

My thoughts exactly about her meeting her future husband via Noah ...

i will have look at noah line  to see if i can find a connection with William

Mary/Dorothea etc is with her mother on the 1891 Census and brother David.
There's a death for a Jane Turberville, age 56, Abergavenny, Jun Qtr 1899 - age fits the 1891 Census.

Cannot see any sign of Mary/Dorothea or David in Monmouthshire on the 1901 Census. Looks as if they might be having to make their way in the world.

Jane died 1899 she is Mary and David mother . David died 1897.

Mary Jane Quigley Turberville disappears after 1891.

This is why the Dorothy 1901 is so intriguing - now out there on her own.

Just found the couple in 1911 but not the possible son. Can’t post 1911 details but doesn’t look like the right person sorry 😫  as she wasn’t born in Gloucester. Matches the death though.

Unless of course she had a reason to add a few years to her age and amend her place of birth 🙄 Sorry, looked to good to not be right ....

lol still can't find this. but do you mean that francis HCP Thomas is not there son ..?

The GRO site shows the Mary you are looking for as Mary Jane Quigley Turberville, mother Quigley, registered in Shipton on Stour, vol 06D, page 569.

and the baptism
First name(s)   Mary Jane
Last name   Turberville
Gender   Female
Birth year   -
Birth place   -
Baptism year   1870
Baptism date   06 Nov 1870
Place   Moreton-In-Marsh
County   Gloucestershire
Country   England
Father's first name(s)   Thomas
Father's last name   Turberville
Mother's first name(s)   Jane
Mother's last name

my brain must be asleep  .. good point , i missed it .

the baptism was glouster but like you pointed out the birth is not .lol  even worse it for some reason gives warkishire lol

if we look at her parents marriage  1870 in abergavenny Monmouth the place where brother davids birth in 1874 took place

so they got married in abergavenny the had there daughter in warwickshire in the same year. then had her baptised in glossier and then back to wales to appear in the 1871 census again in abergavenny

now having found the 1911 census of this other lady /or same person with similar names  it has her birth as 1867 but born in abergavenny .

so there is the right location of where they were, similar names , same fathers names and occupations on marriage certificate .  so out by a few years on the birth  but saying that the other lady called may says she died 1912 given her birth as 1865 but the census gives it as 1867, so quiet possible there..

and the children in the 1911 must be her step children by his first marriage

According to the internet, Shipston on Stour is in Warwickshire - but close to the Gloucestershire border. Guess Morton in the Marsh is the actual place (village?) where she was born but across the border from the registration district 😀
