I know her birthday was definitely 6.11.06 from the 1939 register.

After searching the only birth certificate I could find was the Walsall one.

Yes. The name Clinton is news to me.

Dorothy had 3 children Edna Enid and Edward so if these names appear in their ancestry then that would be a pointer.

If she married a Wilcock there is this marriage...

Dorothy Stanley    m  Herbert Wilcock. Dec 1929   Hawarden 11b 416.  Hawarden is in Wales.   

1939 Register living in Buckley.   Buckley is in Wales.

Better move our search.
