She died at St Joseph's Hospital, London on April 10 1988.  Sarah Pearl (Code) Byles, in her 101st year, of London Ontario.   Wife of the late Stephen R Byles (1986).  Mother in law of Mrs R Byles of Dundas.  Grandmother of I. of Calgary, Susan of Toronto and great grandmother of M. of Calgary.  Predeceased by son Dr. John A Byles (1987).

Found an obituary notice for Susan Byles, daughter of Dr John Byles and granddaughter of Stephen and Pearl Byles... in the Western Law Alumni Magazine, 2009.  See page 54 of the magazine (image 56)

Susan's obituary in the Globe and Mail newspaper as well.  Pretty much the same as the obit in the Western Alumni magazine.  It says Susan passed away on January 16, 2009 in Toronto.  (Magazine just had the month).
