You can find that one of 2 ways.  You can look up the 1916 birth for Hannah Walker on freebmd which will give you Ada's maiden name

If you know when and where George and Ada married - you can look up their marriage on freebmd which will give her maiden name

Unfortunately - you have given no details of Hannah's birthplace and as you have posted on the travelling people board - there are no clues there

A possibility is this marriage if Hannah was born in Birmingham

It may be that they were not enumerated at all in 1911. There is nothing to be done if that is the case.

I'd also dismiss any rumoured birthplace until it is backed up by hard evidence

You also seem to think that Hannah had 3 sisters, one called Dorothy.
I can't see any evidence for Dorothy.

Kirsty, you seem to be failing to grasp that we "KNOW" nothing.
Until you get certificates, or other records, it's all conjecture.

I urge you to start looking on freebmd for early deaths if the names of your mother's maternal aunts and uncles seem  unfamiliar. (ie these are siblings of your mother's mother)
There is also the possibility that the family called them by another (pet) name, so don't jump to conclusions
