Photo restore & date Mary Ophelia Coady nee' Young

Hi,
The attached picture I believe to be my paternal grandmother Mary Ophelia Coady nee' Young, I would like it restored & dated if possible.
She was born in Kirkham Lancs c 1872, any help appreciated.

Her general dress style is consistent with a date from just prior to WW1 up to just after. So I would suggest around 1912-1919.
Her hat has a veil which isn't the usual style so I'm wondering if she's in mourning.
Was there a death in the family between these dates?
The obvious being 1914-18.
