From Photoshop Elements on trying to open file
Could not complete your request because of a problem parsing the JPEG data.

Will this adjusted file work for anyone?

Yes japeflakes works fine for me, if people get parsing problems just open the image in Paint and save it, it will work in Photoshop fine then.
