Harrington 1851 census - Kensington/Lambeth

Searching for details of Frank Harrington and family.   Born 1833 in Salisbury, Wilts and living at 13 Union Terrace, Kensington in 1861 census.

I think he married Eliza Cockayne in 1857 in Lambeth District.

Any information gratefully received.

No Frank showing on the 1851 but there is a Francis - he is 19 and living with Charles aged 20.
If this is the correct one, let me know.

It could be, he has a son with Charles as a middle name.

I've come up against a brick wall with Frank.  Can you tell me where they were born and address in 1851.
