I think that the signatures do definitely not read Murphy.  Can you all help?  Looks like the signatures  for Sally's last name ends in hley?  What do you all think?

They are not signatures, it's just the priest filling in the names, so you have to familiarize yourself with his handwriting, looking at other examples from surrounding pages I'd say both those names are (meant to be) Murphy
