census ,births marriages or deaths.....Williams

Need help...looking for any info on.... thomas & Susannah Williams ...
thomas born circa 1795  in Faughanvale as far as we know & Susannah born 1796 vilvoorde near Brussels...thomas fought at Waterloo in the Royal horse artillery...
they had 12 children .... Charles,Paul, Anna, Joseph, William, Matilda, Susan, Janet, john & seamons born 1837, poss a James.... some i assume died in infancy and some moved to Port Glasgow....sure of five children but not the rest

any info i have on my lot you are welcome to look at...
can u accept a GED com file if so email me  at (*) and i can send it to you
 that is of course if you have family tree maker or a program that accepts this sort of file..
