Hazy Wilson family Picture

Hi not holding out much hope but could anyone improve this old family photo, My Gran used to tell me the little girl from next door crawled into the picture and that's what spoiled it i doubt that to be true but a bit amusing. Many thanks

It seems like a snapshot taken by mobile phone or camera , because of reflection ,,If my guess was true , please Scan it with 300 DPI for better results .

Seems to me is at 300dpi already but could be wrong:
