Yes, I was looking at that census record but cannot find any birth records for any of the children that correspond to the ages listed or the marriage between neal and Bridget so could not confirm

Search Irish Genealogy site for Brennan in Ballymoney registration district then select births. Here's Arthur Brennan and you should be able to see the others-
