Bradshaw death
« on: Sunday 24 September 17 04:37 BST (UK) »
Hi I am trying to find a death for my 3x gt grandmother.  She was still alive living in Gorton in 1861 but her husband  remarried in 1863. I have looked on ancestry and Manchester burials
but nothing seems to fit. Her name was Ann Bradshaw (nee Broadhurst ) born approx 1828.
Regards Michael

Possible  :-\

Death registered June quarter 1862 for Ann Bradshaw in Barton Registration District.  I have not checked the age via the GRO facility.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

The William Bradshaw in the 1861 and 71 census born Styal 1853 is my gt grandfather. I have discounted the 1863 marriage it was a different John.
Cheers Michael

Do you have the family in 1881?

Just wondering if Ann and Jane are the same person  :-\

Hi Heywood
It's possible i guess😕both born same year and same place. Anns mothers name was Jane but so was Johns.  Her marriage doesn't give a middle name either. Either way they dissapeared before the 1881? Possibly dead? Young though, or emigrated maybe? I can't find any Jane marrying a John Bradshaw either? The mind boggles
