This is my grandfather Alexander Renny with possibly siblings. He was born in Arbroath in 1893 and passed away in Andover, MA, USA in 1933

Don't think I'm really with it tonight and this is a toughy. I've got rid of a few marks but anything else I try seems to make it worse
If anyone wants to use this as a starting point and run with it.....please be my guest...

Commoners: DOUGAN (1844); FORD (1849); JOHNSTON (1850); BEATTIE (& LONG) (1856); BRICKLEY (1883).
Outlaws: MCGREGOR (1883) & ass. clans, Glasgow, Glenquaich, Glenalmond and Glengyle.

Hi riogirl,
Is it possible to rescan the photos at a higher resolution - this would give the restorers a much better chance to restore.
There is a tutorial at the top of page if you need help about scanning.
