in the first column there is a schedule no then underneath it what I assume is a house or building number.
1st column -
No. - The 'Roll No.' just as it states (similar to a schedule no.)
2nd column -
Description - House/Shop/Laundry etc. (what the building is)
3rd column -
No. - House/Shop no. (address)
4th column -
Situation - Street name
i.e. 3rd & 4th column will give you the address you need.
