Death Record of Mary, wife of James Harrison
« on: Saturday 19 August 17 18:21 BST (UK) »
I am seeking a copy of a parish record death. I've joined a couple of sites including FindMyPast and others and nobody seems to have this particular book. The record is for "Mary". The transcription from the Leicestershire Family History states she was buried in Grimston on September 9, 1835. Wife of James Harrison. If anybody has access to this film and could get me a copy of this one record, it would be sincerely appreciated. It's the only record of this entire family I have not been able to get a copy of for the book I am putting together. Thank you.

As you know the exact date and location, perhaps a request to Leicestershire Record Office would be a viable option.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
If you don't ask the question, you won't get an answer.

I've just looked at the website for Leicestershire & Rutland FHS and cannot see any parish records for Grimston  :-\ :-\

Looking through my records, the transcription didn't come from the FHL, it came from the transcriptions of the parish at http://leicestershire.webs.com/.
