Found them on the 1851 but I'm not convinced it's the right Robert because of the names of their children, the marriage to Caroline Lockwood is more likely if Roberts father was William.

Found the marriage, but it's Susan Balls and Robert Jervis, 11 Oct 1831. Reydon.
