May I ask a lookup birth 1904 mile End London?

We are hoping to find the names of the  parents of Harry SCHALLER Born Mile End London  b June 1/4 1904 1c 456 my friend's mother is almost dying and trying to get some history for her half brother.. all a mess. ANY help would be most welcome...Thank you ..sorry if  I put this in the wrong place.. its all changed layout since 20 years ago

You don't need Ancestry, just look up the birth then search for a marriage.

Clara Schaller born 10 June 1899 father Marks previous school none
Hyman Schaller born March 1898 father Marks previous school Stepney Jewish
They were living at 15 Corbetts Court

ADDED
 in 1902 Hyman was admitted to the Deal Street School birth date 12 March 1898
