Born Donegal, Ireland.
A stone mason.
Roman Catholic.
Could read and Write.
Parents, Hugh and Bridget KEON of Donegal.
Relative in the colony, Peter KEON.

Manifest only shows -
Michael KEON. Steerage passenger, aged 17.

This man was unassisted, so must have somehow gathered the means to pay.

Great, thanks Sue, that clears up where the Hugh Keon that I've seen mentioned comes from.  Maybe Michael's brother Phillip paid for his passage to Victoria. BTW, how did you find that information on the Sydney Keon arrival?
