Hi Pamela and welcome to Rootschat not sure what information you are looking for. You would be better to say what information you already have on Robert ..There is a grave stone for  Robert McConochie on www.findagrave.com  with details of his parents and his wife and children ..
This Robert McConchie was born 7 March 1821 Dalrymple Ayrshire baptized 11 March
Father Robert McConnochie Mother Elizabeth Hannay ...Died 6th May 1884 South Columbia Wisconsin Would this be the person you are looking for ?

I am also looking for info in that family line, specifically for IV and V below. 
Would appreciate any info to complete IV and V and any connections going further back.

married 1769 in Maybole, Ayr, SCT to Margaret Watson (1743-1822)
III.  son of: James McConochie 1720 Dalrymple, Ayrshire - ?
  1. married June 1740 in Dalrymple, Ayrshire to Anne McSkiming (1720-1747)
  2. married Dec 1747 in Dalrymple, Ayrshire to Kathrine Brackenridge (1720-?)
