Thomas Burke - Irish Guard Look Up Request

Hi Everyone,
would anyone be so kind as to do a look up for me? Its for my Grandfather, his name was Thomas Burke, I believe he was born in Tuam, Co Galway, Ireland on the 6th August 1885 although the date may not be 100% accurate.
in 1918 he recorded the following on his marriage certificate:
No 13110 Private 5th Co 1st Batt Irish Guards.
Any information at all would be much appreciated,

Have you looked for any surviving Service Record?
(2/3 of the WW1 Service Records were destroyed after a WW2 bombing raid)

Have you looked for a Medal Index Card?

If you have access, his discharge papers are on Findmypast.

I have had a search on the national archives but no luck.

Jebber, could you tell me what information I could get from his discharge papers please?
I don't mind paying for it as long as it has the information I'm looking for :)

There are several pages, I am in my iPad rather than laptop, and it is not so easy to work through them, hopefully someone  else will look for you.

It shows he was discharged to the Reserve. I don't think there will be as much information as service records.
