I found sisters, Mary and Margaret WARD, born Firbank, living together on the 1851 census with their mother Catharine. Could be William's sisters and mother. This Catharine WARD is on the 1841 with the WOOF family at Gill, Firbank. Listed are John and Ann WOOF. John WOOF married Ann WARD, Ann is probs another sister of William c1796.I cant find any baptisms for these 4 issue (William, Margaret, Mary, Ann), although there is this one for Agnes WARD, 31 May 1801 at Kirkby Lonsdale to James and Catharine. She passed the same year.
