Is there anybody who could do me a look up in the Town Church marriage entries for 20th Oct 1828 please?
The groom should be James Torode but I need confirmation of the bride.

It's transcribed as James Torade of Catel, Guernsey with a date of 27th Jul 1828.

Elizabeth Brannen of Castlebar, Ireland.

Thanks for the reply.

Sadly it's not. According to an Internet source who has now sadly died, he had it as 20th Oct 1828 James Torode and Marie Kaines but I've got my doubts.
