Could someone do a clean up on the edges of this photo of my late father , thank you.

I've cleaned up the worst of the damage and also slightly lightened the darkest areas with a luminosity mask.

I presumed it was a tree trunk, but of course I could be wrong.

I think it can only be a tree but it is curved over at a very odd angle.
