Would anybody happen to know anything about the above people please? They are both my great grandparents, and only managed to meet one but was too young to really know much. We have no pictures of them or anybody related to them. Anything would be so greatly appreciated please for us to know our roots. Thank you (eastwood based i do believe)

There is a WW1 Pension record for Ocean's father Caty on ancestry. Mistranscription of name

On his WW1 pension form Oaty says he was born Notting Hill London c 1881

His and Ada's children from the GRO index reg dist Rochford
Ocean 1911, Alban born 1913, Brittania 1915 and one not named on the pension record Richenda 1916. However Richenda doesn't show on FreeBMD.
There is one born 1926 Rochford mother's maiden name Bignell.

The closest I have got so far for a birth for Oatey/Otey is a Oastler Buckley June 1/4 1882 in Bolton but he died in the same 1/4
