Need help dating these pictures...maybe the are from Nebraska?

We found some glass negatives in my grandmother's old trunk.  I need help dating them to try and figure out who the people in the pictures are.  The sod house with a shingle roof is an oddity to me too...we didn't see many of those in Nebraska...I am wondering if perhaps this was in Indiana before coming to Nebraska.

Bringing this one back up ain't has slipped down the board....I would guess at early 1900s for the first two which look to have been taken at the same time and look like Mother and Daughter but Jim will have a better idea.

These glass negatives are 4x5 inches...someone mentioned that the size of the glass might help date them.
