The Mental Health Act.
« on: Monday 20 March 17 00:00 GMT (UK) »
Would anyone have any experience or knowledge of the care etc of someone who comes under Section 117 of the Mental Health Act?

Is this of any use?

Many thanks, yes this was one page I accessed later through our old friend Mr Google. The first thing I have to say is that is not couched in layperson's language. It would take almost a week to read and fully understand each single single page of these often long winded regulations.

The second thing to say is that in any event it will be often hard to generalise as perhaps no two individual cases are alike.
