Not sure if relatives still living

Hi all
I've been looking for a family member, (*) born selston, Mansfield, around 1940,s. Last known in belper , Derbyshire, but can't find her in deaths, electoral roll etc, like she vanished. Any ideas where to look?

PM also coming with address from current electoral register

The property that was showing on the electoral register was sold in 2015
