THANKYOU so very much Sandra. It would have taken me ages to find all this. the surname of Elizabth Bond is a bit worrying but she may have been married before. I found her death info which states her father was Jacob Laws.   The only missing death is for JACOB LAWS. It shows up on Ancestry in Mitchegan deaths but I dont have access to site.
Chandler, Cullen, and Wall families of Woodnesborough, Sandwich, Ash Next Sandwich, Richborough and Ramsgate areas of Kent.

There is also this entry in Wilsey Cemetery for Elizabeth Ann - which would fit with John W Bond being widowed on the 1900 census.  The name Elizabeth Ann the reverse of Ann E as she was shown on the 1870 census. Age difference between John and Ann E
