The son Lewis was working at Jingellic about then. The son William married in the Albury district in 1854, and a daughter Sarah also married in the Albury district in 1857.
I have just found out that William and Hannah may have had more children. Nothing in the NSW births other than George J in 1839 and Harriet A in 1843. They have parents as William and Hannah with the district code of MF, which is the Parish of St Lawrence, Sydney.
Looking at the deaths there are a few with that district code, so could they be other children of William and Hannah. There is a four year gap between George and Harriet, and a gap between Lewis 1837 in England and George as well.
Esther 1839, infant
Hannah 1845 age 29 - the mother
Harriet A 1845, infant
Henry 1842, infant
Robert W 1844, infant
If they are theirs then perhaps Hannah died from childbirth complications after having Robert W.
Are the St Lawrence records available anywhere online or do I have to order a transcript from the NSW Transcription Service.
