Bumping this one up as it can now be finally completed.
Ordered a transcription of the death of William RICHARDSON who died in 1861 in the Albury district, which arrived today, and it is him.
Died 7 March 1861 at Manes (sic), District of Albury.
A Farmer, male, aged 52. Age a couple of years out, he would have been 50
Born Sussex, England, in NSW 23 years (Arrived 1837 on Augusta Jessie)
Parents Not Known
Married England to Harriet Fuller (should be Hannah)
Children 4 sons, 1 daughter living, 1 daughter deceased
Informant Lewis Richardson, son, Jingellick (sic)
Cause of death was a fall from a horse
Buried 9 March 1861 at Tumberumba (sic)
Burial witnesses William Richardson, Lewis Richardson (two of his sons)
Can anyone assist with the names marked with the (sic). Do these places exist today or what are they called today. Did find that Tumberumba still exists but is now know as Tumbarumba. Jingellick appears to also be still there but without the K on the end. Would Manes be Mannus which is near Tumbarumba.
Thanks
Ian C
