I've sent Elaine the death notices I found in the Northern Echo but in case anyone else is interested here they are:
Monday 5 February 1912 & Tuesday 6 February 1912

KITCHING.  On the 3rd inst., at 31 Victoria Road, Darlington, William aged 62 beloved husband of Mary Annie (Polly) Kitching and second son of the late William Kitching, Dinsdale.  Interment on Tuesday at West Cemetery.  Cortege leaves residence at 1.45.  Service at Corporation Road Wesleyan Church.

Saturday 28 May 1921

KITCHING.  At the Boat House, Whorlton, Barnard Castle, Mollie, widow of the late William Kitching (late of Victoria Road, Darlington).  Particulars later.

Monday 30 May 1921

KITCHING.  On 27th May, at the Boat House, Whorlton, Mary Annie (Polly) widow of the late Wm Kitching, Darlington.  Cortege leaves The Bungalow, Woodland Road, Darlington today (Monday) at 2.30 p.m.  Friends please accept this (the only) intimation.

Friday 22 September 1933
 
KITCHING.  On the 20th inst., at 14 Woodland Road, Darlington, Herbert Vincent, the dearly loved husband of Jessie Kitching.  Cremation West Cemetery tomorrow (Saturday) at 10.30 a.m.  No flowers.

Friday 22 October 1948

KITCHING.  20 October (in hospital) Albert Frederick dearly loved brother of Mrs Barrett, 21 Claude Ave, Middlesbrough.  To be cremated at Darlington on Monday at 11 a.m.  Friends meet at Crematorium.

From microfilm of West Cemetery, Darlington burial registers:

William Kitching aged 62 died at Victoria Road.  Buried on 6 Feb 1912, Section L, 5D, 164.  Ceremony performed by Rev E J Jones.  Grave plot purchased.  Number of Grave spaces purchased: 164 & 165.

Mary Anne Kitching aged 69 died at the Boat House, Whorlton.  Buried on 30 May 1921, Section L, 5D, 165.  Ceremony performed by Rev A T? Davies.

William born 22 April, baptised 13 May 1849, son of William & Rachel Kitching, Farm Servant of Neasham.
