Cause of death/street name

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me to decipher this handwriting. I'm looking to understand the cause of death, and the road that William Fitzpatrick was living on.

So far I've managed:

Placenta praevia thirty hours cardiac ___ ___ ___ haemorrhage certified and 9 ___ Lane for the street name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of  - acute partum haemorrhage - could it be - ante partum haemorrhage?

I agree with sami and gortonboy.
It would help to know the registration district (and, if you have found them on a census - the town) to do a street name search.

Grady's Lane off Barrack Street Waterford, can't find it on a map but it's listed in Griffith's Valuation.

Cause of death reads: Placenta Praevia (very low lying afterbirth in the womb which can sheer off and haemorrhage)
Cardiac Syncope loss of consciousness (in this case I think it is referring to a cardiac problems  and death due to the heart not being able to cope with the haemorrhage) it notes that the cardia problem was for 30 hours
Ante Partum Haemorrhage, haemorrhage during pregnancy, in this case it appears to be due to the Placenta Praevia.
