I expected Eugenie (Poole) to be married to a Rose, as on her fathers death certificate,
 she was in attendance and her name was E Rose. 

When did her father die?
Was she listed by her full name Eugenie Rose or just E Rose?

I think the mystery is solved if it’s only the initial E Rose, daughter on fathers death certificate
it's probably her sister Ella Jane POOLE (1873) married 1899 Gateshead
