Thomas Exton 1647, Empringham.

Hi 
After a very long time of doing research for other folk, I have decided time has passed and I will go back to my ancestors, I realise I may have muddled them a bit in the early years of researching ,
the time is right to try and get them sorted 
so to start with Thomas Exton born abt 1647, Empringham, Rutland .
are there any leads in parish registers to confirm his birth, or if He married a Sarah ? in abt 1676 give or take a few years, If ? I have the correct thomas Exton then I think a son Robert Exton ( my line ) came along in about 1684 maybe Braunston.

There is a bap 10/6/1694 in Braunstone Rut child of Thomas and Sarah Exton - the page is ripped so can't tell if a son or daughter.

Also a ma of Beatricia Exton in Empingham 16/2/1664 to Thomas Cox - could this be a sister of Thomas?

Quite a few Extons in Empingham and Braunstone but records difficult to read and some in Latin!
Will be happy to look again if you need any more.

My copy of Parish Register shows this;

Samuel & Elizabeth baptized 3 more children in Empingham 
1 January 1644/5 John Exton
21 May 1653 Elizabeth Exton
 March 1664/5 Mary Exton

Then burials
11 March 1674/5 Elizabeth Exton wife of Samuel
6 April 1681 Samuel Exton    aged

Have been reading your posts, I have also come up with the missing child name as Robert Exton born in 1694. which is my line of descent as well.
