Help needed with uniform please

I'd be very grateful if somebody could help me out by identifying this uniform. I know it isn't the sharpest of photos but any clues would be gratefully received - even the country would be a great help. Any other info would be a major bonus. Thank you in anticipation for any help that is forthcoming.

Hi, I agree with David, Tank Regiment cap badge looks as if it may well match, no doubt others will be along to agree or disagree  :)
