What do you think? Could this line up, i honestly have serious doubts that ordering certificates will confirm anything as the name is never the same nor his job!  :-\   But the burning question is just exactly what is his actual surname???
Byrne, Butterfield, Gilbert, Sutcliffe, Furey, Alderson, Warham, to name a few!

You need to establish, if this is your Bridget's family if you can. This is a difficult task as you are finding. ::)

It looks quite possible. I can't see a marriage yet for a Bridget K.... In Liverpool after 1901.

The Chester marriage would give you Martin's occupation which may help and perhaps a witness too might be useful.

It would be no use ordering Martin and Mary's certificate until you know it is the right family.

Those are my thoughts anyway. :)

I have a Kaveney connection in my Dolan line.
BRIGID KAVENEY (no dob) married PETER DOLAN (c1812 to 22/2/1879
They were married on 2/3/1840 at Kilkeevan, Castlerea
and had at least 6 children – Mary, Patrick, John, Michael, Patrick and Brigid
Obviously these children would go by the surname of Dolan and my BRIGID KAVENEY would be born sometime on or before 1820.
