ages in 1841 census are rounded down to the nearest 5 years
so if she was between age 20-25 her age would have been rounded down to 20

A lot of great information, but I still haven't found birth/christening records for Mathew and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Humby is actually James Humby's wife. She was born Elizabeth Cummings 1822-1904. They were married on 09 April 1841 at St Mary's, Portsea. James Humby's father Joseph Humby is my 5th Great Grandfather. James was never baptized.

Huh. I didn’t have a lot of info on those cousin lines. One of my mother’s cousins (the Horners were in the Swanmore/Droxford area) actually went back to Swanmore in the 80s and met a few of the remaining uncles and their families. One of them was actually in the paper for being 103 years old and still in the family home; she died in 2016. My gr grandfather was #9 or 10 out of 17 (15 survived to adulthood) and 6 of them made their way across the ocean. This is relevant only because Blanche Humby married George Walter Horner and they were my 2x gr grandparents.

That's very interesting as Nellie died in Droxford in 1972. She remarried after the death of her first husband so was Nellie Henrietta Grant.
