scotlandspeople starter voucher
« on: Tuesday 27 December 16 10:20 GMT (UK) »
I am already registered on SP's new site. However, I also have a SP Starter voucher card bought from my library.

I am trying to access this on the SP site using the username and password on the card. No joy at getting access. Any suggestions that could help me get in?

thanks

I think it may have something to do with the fact that you are trying to use an SP starter voucher to buy credits on an existing account. From what I can see you cannot do this.

Hope this helps.

Would that not mean you have to register 1st before you can use the voucher which you would probably need another email address?
