The children of James KAVANAGH and Ally REILLY were both married in St. Aidan's Cathedral, but it gives no details as to fathers occupation.

Good hunting Nora. I just thought it very unusual for the bride to be so much older than the groom,
normally it is the opposite.

The headstone might be mother and son. The son having the same name as his father is not unusual.

Does the wording on headstone give any indication of relationship between the two people named on headstone. The ages given on headstones are not always accurate.

Thank you for your reply. The headstone gives me all the information as regards relationships, age, etc. I know these are not always as accurate as one would wish but it gives me what I need in this case.
