Salt Lake FHC lookup request for restricted film

Hi.  I am looking for a volunteer to do a lookup from Pennsylvania Births and Christenings, 1709-1950, film number 1421705 (item #13, I believe) in Salt Lake for:

Name: Jacob Klein
Event: birth
Date: 1765-07-03
Place: Saint Paul Lutheran and Reformed Church, Amityville, Berks, Pennsylvania
Father's name: Jacob Klein
Mother's name: Anna Maria

This film is restricted to the Salt Lake, UT  FHC

I can't help with the LDS lookup, but adding this in case you've not seen the typed version on one of the pay sites:

St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Amity, Berks Co., PA
Parents:  Jacob* Klein wife Anna Maria
Children: Jacob    b. July 3, 1765    b in Sept
Sponsors:  Jacob Roth and Magdalena Gelbachin

*It looks like Jacob - the "c" is blurred
The first date appears to be the actual date of birth (comparing the other entries on the page)

There are two other baptisms "in Sept" if you have not seen this image and would like their information (their surnames are Peifer and Bechler)

Have you asked RAOGK Volunteer - 3 rd person down on this list specifically says "“Look-ups” at the FHL in Salt Lake City, Utah" - sounds like it could be worth an e-mail.
