I would suggest that you write to the local council for Pendleton or the library and ask them if they hold electoral rolls for 1917 to 1919.

If you have the number of the house that they lived in that will help.  I take that you meant Nuttall Road as Nuttal road doesn't come up on a google search.

Is this Pendleton the one in Salford Lancashire or the Pendleton in the Ribble Valley Lancashire?.
