1851 Fraisthorpe Carnaby Scott

Looking for my ancestress, Saint Agnes Scott (b. 1833) in Fraisthorpe or Carnaby around in 1851 census. She may be named as a daughter to a Robert  and Mary (1802) Scott. It is an unusual first name so it may stand out like a sore thumb. She also has a younger sister called Mary (1835). I'd appreciate seeing if anyone can findout the household makeup in 1851. All born in County. Agness was written Agnefs the old way.

If this is the Agness you are looking for I have them in 1851 in Fraisthorpe.
How did you get back to them? Where did you see her called Saint Agnes Scott,
I am curious.

Thanks for looking over my request again, Ticker. I had a little luck with 1851 but of course just under Agness. Yes I'm always looking for more information! Thanks for the concern 

Thanks SO much oly! That's something I've never seen (1841 Census). This is most certainly her!
The reason I call her Saint Agnes is because that is her christened name on the IGI. And even before I knew about the IGI, I think my family researching cousin had her marriage certificate which said the same. In censi she never appears as "Saint Agnes" though. Curious, eh? Guess it was too much of a mouthful for every day.

Mary not a widow, is her husband a sailor or a militia man.

No one ever found any information on Mary's husband other than his name: Robert Scott. He could have been a sailor or militia. I'd always assumed a servant but trying to find a Robert Scott is like trying to find a John Smith, nigh impossible.

Not only is HE missing but a sister to Agness--Mary. I guess that maybe some assumptions were done on our family historian's part about survival to adulthood or maybe she is in service somewhere. A long winding twisted path but always with hopes to whoop with glee when a missing link is found
