German to English Translation needed please 😊

Hello,  I have found the attached death record for Ernest Edward Huggins and was hoping that someone could translate it for me.  I'm not sure why British-born Ernest was in Germany in 1914 of all times and I was wondering if there might be a cause of death mentioned on the document.

As far as I can see there's no cause of death listed, although there's other info such as his date of birth, parents' names and his address in Germany (though I'm going largely on the typeface as I can't read the handwriting so there may be other things I can't decipher).

Thanks, Annie!  I learnt a bit of German at school, but only enough to recognize a few words.  The handwriting is hard to decipher.   

It would be great to know the contents of the document.

Hello Jill,

here's the beef:

The bookkeeper Ernest Edward Huggins, age, lutheran,
living in Hamburg,  street to follow,
born April 1st 1865 in London, single
son of ...(?) Raphael Huggins and Eliza Banks (both dead),

died in Krankenhaus Hamburg-St. Georg (hospital)
March 7th 1914, 23:30 hours.

It is not the original document which was issued by the hospital.

Thanks very much, Rudolf!  The names of the parents tally.  The father's name was Isaac Raphael Huggins.  Not sure why he went to Germany.  I found mention of his British Will on Ancestry and a May Violet Huggins (widow) was the beneficiary.  I'm wondering where I can find any further documents regarding Ernest.

I have just checked the Hamburg addressbooks 1913 & 1914. I think the street is Böckmannstrasse in St.-Georg (Hamburg). - There are no entries for the name Huggins. Maybe he was checking the books of an English firm in Hamburg?

Thanks, Rudolf!  That is very interesting and you could be right about him checking the books.  It is sad he died far from home.
