Anyone familiar with Microsoft Lumia 640 Smartphone

Hello,
I have just purchased the Microsoft Lumia 640 and am very pleased with it.
Everything seems OK and I have connected to my Sky wifi at home.
But the problem I have and if anyone can help me is as follows.
I want to connect to to the Sky free wifi that is available to Sky broadband customers, I have been all day on the internet and on the phone to Sky who were no help.
Can anyone tell me what to do in easy steps, I have tried downloading the Sky app with no success it tells me I have no devices.
Any help and assistance will be greatly appreciated.

If I understand you correctly Peter you want you phone to be able to connect to the Sky Cloud Wifi hotspots when you are out and about. If so what you need to do is to download and install the Sky Wifi app from the Play Store then login to it using your sky username and password.

Then when you are at a location where there is a sky cloud wifi hotpsot your phone should automatically connect to it without you having to do anything.
